Ok, two questions.

In the news submissions, how can I change the size regulations on uploaded images, because they are just WAY too small right now.

And the second question is, is it possible to make it so you have to be a registered/logged in member to contribute? I am tired of spammers contributing all kinds of porn ads and what-not.
