Hot to ban users with spam email adresses

I cannot figure out, is it possivble to ban everybody who uses for example mistakronks emails or giaybutts

that is so annoying there should be a fix for that

Geeklog 1.4.1 has a blacklist for email addresses (in config.php). And then there's always the CAPTCHA plugin. And lots of previous discussions about those bots and what to do about them ...
