GeekLog Demo Site, something I just noticed

On the demo site there is a dropdown menu between Username and Password,called Services. This looks like something that could be handy. I looked in my setup to see if it was someting built into 1.4.1rc1, but didn't see it. Where, if possible, could I download this hack/plugin?
