v1.4.1 ruined RTL support (+fix)!

Don't ask me why, but it's fixed once I change header.thtml's
back to the way it was until v1.4.1:
Interestingly enough, this site (as well as the demo site) use the old line for some reason, so there's no problem here. I say what's good for the goose...

I very much doubt this simple DTD change would cause the LTR/RTL handling to break. Or if it did, it's your browser's fault.
The old DTD line caused browsers to render HTML in "quirks" (compatibility) mode, while the new one causes them to render them in "standard" (compliant) mode. I fail to see why that would change anything in the LTR/RTL handling.
