sectest.php in RTL mode

This file hardcodes English, so at least hardcode the paragraphs in it to ltr too (e.g. <li dir=ltr>, <p dir=ltr>, etc.)
Not only is it hard to read in RTL mode, it's actually impossible because it injects $LANG01[107] in the middle of the sentence and if that phrase is in a RTL language, than it looks like:
Get it? Remember it's also aligned to the right to boot (dir=ltr would fix everything)...
