Where can I change the html of the uploaded images?

You know the uploaded images at the bottom of each story submission? What file do I have to go in to change how they appear in the article html? I want to add a closing /> to make my site w3 compliant. Anyone have any ideas?

What is it you really want to do? The <img> tag doesn't have to be closed with />, at least not in HTML. And since Geeklog doesn't really support XHTML yet, you don't have to change anything there.

system/lib-story.php
Geeklog still has a lot of tiny snippets of HTML embedded all over the place - good luck finding all of them. And then you have to do it all again when the next version comes out ...

In lib-story, I already fixed all the <img tags but the posts on my site (slashfilm.com) are not fixed with the trailing /> on the image tags. I must be missing something somewhere?

Okay, that makes sense. One last question dirk while I have your attention (this is the final edit I need)
Where can I find the user_block html for:
<div class="block">
<div class="blocktitle">User Functions</div>
<form action="http://www.slashfilm.com/users.php" method="POST">
<b>Username:</b><br /> <input type="text" size="10" name="loginname" value=""><br /> <b>Password:</b><br /> <input type="password" size="10" name="passwd"><br />
<input type="submit" value="Login">
</form>
Don't have an account yet? Sign up as a <a href="http://www.slashfilm.com/users.php?mode=new">New User</a>
</div>
??
Thanks again.

Back to the images thing:
I went in and deleted the images from a story, went back in and added new ones... and still the img tag haven't changed over to the new one with the ending /
Any ideas?

When you edit a story, Geeklog will translate the <img> tags back into the [imageX] syntax. That may fail now because of your changes, i.e. it doesn't recognize the images as being uploaded ones. Is that what you mean?

What I mean is, I've created a new post with a new uploaded image and the <img> tag does not have a trailing /> when posted.... where in the lib-story must I add the / for this to work? I've added it to every reference of img but still nothing?
