Importing RSS Feeds

I just installed Geeklog this evening and was trying to import a rss feed maybe I am not doing it right can I import a rss feed from Yahoo for a example? Or do I have to create my own I guess I need to know if I can import other RSS feeds from other domains and have them show up.
