Anyway to disable random blk if GL is not accessible?

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare com_getblocktemplate() (previously declared in SOMEPATH\lib-common.php:413) in SOMEPATH\lib-common.php on line 466

i believe the ramdom gallery block is causing it but there's no way to enter the site to disable the block. Anyway like injecting some mySQL coding into the mySQL db may work/ help?

Sure: In table gl_blocks set the field is_enabled to 0 for the offending block.
