Updated SmoothBlue to 1.4.1

Has anyone updated the smoothblue theme to 1.4.1. Generally the 1.4.0 version looks alright (seems really slow tho so something may be up) but the My Account section has changed, so i can't change theme etc now.
Have looked at the theme update doc but it goes right over my head
