...that lets you display the latest 5 stories in a centerblock? I must be having brain freeze, because I've searched for every term I can think of, but can't seem to find it anywhere on the site.

Apologies if this is in the wrong forum. It's just bugging me that I can't find it. TIA.

Now why is my Add A New Block page not showing a Centerblock option? I just checked in two sites that are running GL 1.4.1 and I'm not seeing that option in either one. Weird.

Because you can't have blocks as centerblocks, confusing as this may sound. You can have static pages as centerblocks, though.

Just FYI - the above code that Scroff posted didn't work with 1.4.1. Just brings up a blank page.

I was able to get it to work in 1.4.1b2 by adding the following statement at the start of the code:
global $_TABLES;
