XSilver not working correctly within 1.4.1

I'm getting this error when i want to create a new story (also errors when creating links, links etc)

Template Error: set_root: /home/agovvape/public_html/layout/XSilver/admin/common is not a directory.

Anyone have any idea how to solve this, already installed the old themes rar.

Sounds like the theme hasn't been updated properly. You can pick up missing files or directories (as in this case) from the Professional theme.
