I have 3 stories on my Geeklog, all of which I have set to be featured, they're all in the same topic, but only 2 of them are showing up on the front page, I've checked the config.php file & the settings in that are correct, I've also checked my preferences which are set to 10, can anyione help? I've looked around here for an answer but couldn't find my specific problem

Does the one that does not display have a release date in the future? Or is it in draft mode? Those are the obvious possibilities.

There may be a misunderstanding here: A featured story is one that always stays on top of the front page, even if a newer story exists. And, as I said, you can have only one of those.
Did you check your settings for $_CONF['limitnews'] in config.php? That's the number of stories that will be displayed on the frontpage. And you can override that value in "My Account" under "Layout and Language": Maximum Stories".
bye, Dirk
