This is hosted at my ISP.

I followed the instrauctions and can not get this to work. as many times as I look at paths I can not get passed this error. Can some on help me out with some advice as to what I am doing wrong.

line 987 in file admin\install\install.php requires: /system/classes/template.class.php

Maybe you try uploading the /system/ folder again?

Thank you a thousand times. I guess my ftp was have cooked, as you suggested, I was missing some files, in other folders too. I guess I overlooked the obvious and started looking to deep. Thanks again.
