One Login to multiple Geeklog Sites

I know you've answered this before and for the life of me I can't find the post!
I'm about to upgrade to 1.4.1, and my Geeklog setup goes like this:
One website/domain name, 3 Geeklogs where the same login is valid for all 3 Geeklogs. The 3 Geeklogs have separate folders but share the same MySQL database (with prefix gl, ep, sp).
I'm about to upgrade, but I'm not sure if I have to make any changes to any user settings files. I honestly can't remember, as I did this a while ago (and should have taken notes.) Just want to know before I get the upgrade up and running so I can pull my hair out now rather than later!
