I added Korean language file to our test site, but only core language file.
http://install141.geeklog.jp/
You can select Korean language by Multi-language support.

Now, I am creating some Korean language files of plug-in.

I made korean language files for calendar, links, polls and staticpages plugins .
Now, I am making a korean language file for forum plugin.

Kool! I think it's long due!

We need new a Spanish language file also. The current one, according to my friends, is not a very good translation.
