hi there
can anyone tell me if it's possible to pull two statistics :
NUMBER OF REGISTERED USERS and
NUMBER OF EVENTS IN CALENDAR
from the stats page in to a stand alone block on the homepage? like a centre-block static page?
i've looked through lib-common.php and the stats.php page to try and figure out where these stats are pulled from but to no avail.
thanks a mil

The number of "active" users is in stats.php - just search for "users". The number of events is provided by the Calendar plugin. Search for "stats" in the plugin's functions.inc file.
To put these stats on the front page, you could either use a static page as a center block or write a small function for a PHP block.
bye, Dirk
