First of all, by downloading the language file for.... say Japanese. Once i install into my system, does that mean anyone who wants to view my webpage in Japanese can do that?

And what is the step by step for how to install these language files?

Go to "My Account", select a new language, save. That's it.

Geeklog already ships with a Japanese language file. I guess the new ones just update typos and such. They can simply be dropped in the "language" directory, replacing the old one there.
