Thanks for the new version!
Let's begin:
First of all, the phrase "No Categories or Forums Defined" is still hardcoded in public_html/index.php .
Also, wish you'd let the forum add its own CSS automatically (I hack in the automation myself, but still).
In addition, not only do you force us to display the timezone from our server (even though no one said it's the admin's timezone), but you force us to display AM/PM. You should just take what's used in config.php (where I told it to display 24 hours format plus a manual timezone).
Lastly, you change strings in english.php without annoucing the changes and so make other translations outdated (I guess next time I'd compare the old English file to the new English one to be sure).

I am using PHP 5.2.1, but giving this error your site too
( if selected langluage is turkish) And i can not use forum on my site
.. I repended to ugrade Beacuse this forum only for english character-set! I download for more features but this is not good to prev. ver. _KEMAL_

Here is a quick fix to get your forums up and running.
htmlspecialchars() does not accept the charset ISO-8859-9 as a valid character set. To stop this message and to keep the forum from stopping each time, make the following change:
Edit the public_html/forum/include/gf_format.php file:
At line 56 you should see:
return (htmlspecialchars ($text,ENT_QUOTES, $CONF_FORUM['charset']));
Change it to:
return (@htmlspecialchars ($text,ENT_QUOTES, $CONF_FORUM['charset']));
You'll notice all we did was put the @ character in front of the htmlspecialchars() function call. This will surpress the error message and keep things running.
Save it and you should be up and running again.
There are several other htmlspecialchars() calls scattered throughout the forum software, you might want to do a quick search and do this to all of them for now. I'm sure Blaine will include this fix in the next rollout.

i think the problem is with the turkish dotted "i". It is not the same as the latin one, perhaps , when encoded, thus it does not understand the [ img ] command because 'it' thinks 'i' is not 'i'. Make sure you type using latin keyboard.
