Contact Plugin
Well... attempting to install my first plugin and having some difficulty.
Running Version 1.4.1
First, found the Wiki page with the directories graphic. Extremely useful.
Finally got the directories in place and Clicked the install plugin from the admin page. Next screen contains:
Install Contact Plug-in
Contact Plug-in is not installed.
Press button to install Contact Plug-in.
But when I press the button, nothing happens.

That's one of the cases I mentioned in the other thread: The plugin requires register_globals = on.
Many of the older plugins are based on the "universal plugin" framework which requires register_globals to be "on", at least through installation. In some cases, you can switch it back off after the install, others may require it to be "on" at all times - depends on the plugin.
bye, Dirk
