I want to integrate 4images into Geeklog

There is no up-to-date integration for 4images that I am aware of.
You could try looking at the old integration and see if you get it working with Geeklog 1.4.1. It did require quite a few modifictations, though, IIRC.

so,
İf ı setup to 4images outside from my geeklog dir without any interate, can my geeklog users enter to 4images using their geeklog usernames and passwords?
Is it enough that change to 4image user database to geeklogsite?

The two systems have nothing at all to do with each other, so of course you won't be able to log into 4images with your Geeklog username and password (or vice versa). You would need an integration or some sort of bridge.
There was an older integration for 4images (try a search). It probably won't work any more, but it may give someone with some PHP skills something to work from. It's certainly not something you set up and it magically starts working ...

Why not try the Media Gallery plugin? http://mediagallery.org/ It already works great with Geeklog and it has a 4images import wizard if you want to transfer your current gallery into it.
