Story preview button dissapeared when 1.4.1 installed

Installed 1.4.1, upgraded from 1.4.0 -- never had any problems with the upgrades before, but this time, the preview button is missing on story submissions and story edits - just gone! I've reloaded the templates, checked my configuration, and I cannot identify the problem.

Haven't seen this before, so what should I say?

Did you check with the Professional theme that shipped with 1.4.1? Are you sure you have updated the language files?
