question about topics and icons
brian
Anonymous
In the left column of my Geeklog site I see a text list of topics, and each story on the front page has an icon indicating its topic. While clean, this causes a mental/visual disconnect: is there any way to either...
a) show the icons in the left column along with the name of the topic they're associated with, or
b) show the topic name next to or below its icon in the story intro?
Thanks!

You can use a variable {topic_image} in the topicitem.thtml template file. That would be replaced with the topic's icon. You should probably use small icons for this ...
The name of the topic is available with the {story_topic_name} in the story templates.
bye, Dirk
