media gallery didn't show to anonymous users

i just installed the media gallery ver. 1.4.7. the problem is it doesn't show the random image block to anonymous users. i checked the configuration and it seems no problem at all. also, i had user's album
what i would like to do is to show up my random image block in my homepage.
