Hello.
Providing that one writes a commentary in the forum it(he,she) never appears as flat text, and like html.
Since I can do that always it(he,she) is html?

Can you rephrase that question, please?

The forum uses BBcode by default (which, I think, you can change in the forum settings). But you can also post in HTML if you check the "HTML Mode" option when writing a forum post.
