Add buttons to topic footer

One of the users that belong to a site that I am helping set up has requested that there be Breadcrumb and Topic Nav links at the bottom of each topic page, like on the top. We are using ShaDee2 theme for 1.4.1, and I have been wandering around the ShaDee2/forum directory trying to find the magic portion to modify. Could someone with more experience help me out with this?
