I've got a nav bar at the top of my GL page, and it's got duplicate contents:

Contribute | Advanced Search | Site Statistics | Directory | Links | Polls | Calendar | Forum | Links | Polls | Calendar | Forum |

I'm kinda new to this, so any help would be effen GREAT
