Just set up a new site,
I copied the whole structure to a new directory, ran install all ok dtabase created,
I went to log in but then it just went white, no error on the server reported ??
All the files checkout ok I ran Check.php all ok any idea's ?
Obviously I changed config.php and li-common.php to the new directory / database etc...

Hmmm.......... never got any errors but I replaced user.php and it worked, must have been corrupted....

You have an error somewhere but your webserver is configured not to display any errors. Unless you get it to display the error (see the FAQ again) you will have a hard time figuring out what the problem is ...
