Well Im back.
Having trouble during file upload.
Receive error on save
2 - move_uploaded_file(c:/Inetpub/teamrvgeek/public_html/mediagallery/mediaobjects/orig/9/9_logosm.jpg) [function.move-uploaded-file]: failed to open stream: Permission denied @ C:\Inetpub\teamrvgeek\public_html\mediagallery\lib-upload.php line 1396

I checked the permissions on plugins/mediagallery/tmp and uploads and server has write.
on saving setting everything gets an ok.
also upload_tmp_dir shows webserver writable also.

I have media gallery running on the server for another domain and it works fine.

Next thought?

Mike,

This is generally a permission problem with the target, which is:

c:/Inetpub/teamrvgeek/public_html/mediagallery/mediaobjects/orig/9/

in this case. Make sure the webserver can write to all the directories under the mediaobjects/ directory.

Mark that worked. I had more errors and ended up giving write permissions to public_html/mediagallery the entire directory
Working now.

With that working, my next problem is the coppermine import wizzard.
I pointed it to the absolute directory on the server and received this message
ERROR: Unable to locate the include/config.inc.php file in specified directory

Webuser has read and execute on the file.

What next to try?

ops. Nevermind.
The directions said full path to the inlcude. What it wanted was the full path to the root of coppermine.
