This one color is driving me crazy. http://www.thebloodcafe.com/ I can't figure out where the CSS code is for the blue bar with the welcome message and date. I'm using the clear black template. Any ideas where it would be?

it is hard coded into the table. check your header.thtml for the color #556289.
