Hey guys, i just moved my whole site to a new server. I have made all the modifications in the config and lib.common files as well as copied over my database. When i got to my site, www.LBPP.net all i get is a blank page. Now if i go into the config file and set "site_enable" to false it will show me the disabled message. Im pretty much stumped at this point as i am not getting any sort of error in my log file to go by. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

well of course i already tried that, i wouldnt have posted here if i hadn't, but i suppose i did not say that...
I updated my php.ini to add the error reporting lines, although i cannot restart my webserver myself. I also tried the lib.common fix as well only getting a blank page again. I have shared hosting so i guess i would have to ask my host to restart it???

If they let you have your own php.ini on shared hosting, there must be a way to activate it without restarting the server. It may have to be in a special directory - or in every directory that has .php files.

bye, Dirk

well after some testing it seems that it takes affect when i upload it. I turned register_globals off and got an error, turned it back on and uploaded and no error, so it must overwrite itself no problem. The error i got with it off was about the function.inc file for the stats plugin. I fixed it i believe, but im sure that is not the source of my problem. Anymore suggestions?

Hmm. Double-check for parse errors in config.php. And you could try disabling all the plugins (in the database) to see if that makes a difference.

bye, Dirk
