Mail function file change ??

I have created a 'Site Admins' group - when I send mail from this, no problems with delivery, BUT if the recipient clicks on reply, they are presented with Geeklog Site Admin (then the correct email address) - I would like to change this to Company Name Site Admins.
I have searched everywhere I can think of, but cannot find which file/where to amend.
Any help appreciated.

That would be the full name of the Admin account. It defaults to "Geeklog Site Admin", unless you change it (via the Admin's User editor or, if you're logged in as the Admin, under My Account).
