prob with awaiting activation and submissions

weird stuff happening..

GL v 1.4.1

After upgrading a while back (all worked fine before), but just found out that when users register(they are required to await authorization), they are not appearing in the submissions at all...why?

Also, some are activated when they register without awaiting authorization...how do i fix this..as it is sporadic?..thanks..t

Make sure you recheck your config file for the following

$_CONF['usersubmission']  = 0; // 1 = new users must be approved
 

Also, do you have this set? Could explain why some are being bypassed.
