Can anyone recommend a plugin photo Gallery and how do I install it please

Media Gallery is a gallery plugin developed specifically for Geeklog.
Alternatively, there's a bridge to wrap Gallery into Geeklog.
I think those two are the only ones currently under active development. Also see Is there an image gallery for Geeklog? (which needs to be updated).
