I have some problems with my Geeklog installation, I'm missing in the menu, logged in as Admin, “Trackback†and “Linksâ€.
In the moderator/Admin home page I also no see this two options.
The problem started after somebody found a way to get into my hosting account, I not belief that this had anything to do with Geeklog but the hacker did meshed up some Geeklog stuff.
If I not do http://my-domain.com/admin/trackback.php I get “Access Denied¨ without any more explanation. For http://my-domain.com/admin/plugins/links/index.php I get the same announcement “Access Deniedâ€
I use Geeklog 1.4.1 and and I logged in a Administrator
As regular user/visitor to my website I can still access the links and can even submit new, but the “admin†if logged in as Admin I can see in the list that “Submissions (1)†but when I go to check about what is submitted I cannot see anything. As nothing related to “Links†is visible for the Administrator.

 Okay I learned a bit more about my problem, I made a backup of my database and reinstalled a fully new/clean installation ...then imported the database again.
But still have the problem, so I can conclude that it is something with the SQL database....is there something like a check list for the database so I can see all fields are there and default value is in it???
