Using GL 1.4.0sr5-1. My site otherwise works fine, I can update blocks and staticpages and a week ago could add stories. Now suddenly I can add a story, it says it saved, shows up in admin, but even though it is not selected to be published at a later date it doesn't appear on the main page. All the other stories do, but new ones won't show. Any ideas? I do not have it in topic only, it is selected to show on the front page.

Is the time on your server and the time where you are the same? Edit the story and change the publish time to yesterday and see if they show up then.

That DID work. How odd. I haven't changed anything. Is there a way to fix it so I don't have to set every new story to publish the day before I wrote it from now on? It's never acted this way before.

PS. for board admins: can we add a sound to the CAPTCHA or something? It seems to take me 5-7 times to get it right everytime.

Check with your webhost. They might have moved your servers or just change the configuration without telling you. (You have set $_CONF['timezone'] correctly for where you live, right?
