Recently ive got into online websites and such, and ive wanted to create a blog for awhile i chose GL over WP, ive read some of the docs on the help page, is GL hard to layout or theme should i say.

Also would it be hard to put a yahoo adds block up etc

Also is their a guide on use because i looked on the documentation which states what the programme has and its latest upgrades but doesnt explain how you use all the features.

Im pritty much a noob when it comes to html and hardly know any codes, so if theres and idiots guide around /send (oo thats about the most code i know)

The blog im doing is going to be on PTC sites and basicly give a overview on some of the most well known ptc sites, if i manage to work GL i would like to install a forum have a differant layout if possible and make it as cool as possible.

If you have any suggestions/comments please post want to set up my blog as soon as possible, ive figured out how to change polls and stories etc but i guess thats the easyiest thing on their

Not really. All you need to modify sits in the layout directory.

Not an issue whatsoever.

Try "Getting started" section. If there are any specific questions without answers ask in the forum. But first try to search for an answer

There is a link under "Documentation" on theme development.

Re: theme creation/manipulation, there is a great guide someone *cough-me-cough* put together here. Also, more general theme info compiled from the documentation here.
