How to add more smilies on the list in the forum and chatterblock?

With ftp i add some smilies in my forum ,"smilies" folder,but still I can not see this smilies on the list in my forum.
Can you help me?

I think you need a separate plugin from Blaine for that. Unless I'm mistaken, this appears to be part of the glMessenger plugin.

I installed plugin "filemgmt 1.199999999999999955" and now I have this error:
