How to restore geeklog?

An error has occurred:
2 - fopen(/home2/pinkponk/public_html/foto/g2data/locks/95) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied @ /home2/pinkponk/public_html/foto/modules/core/classes/GalleryPlatform.class line 316
