Would anyone here know how to create a plugin to use for the input of "Tournament Results" of individuals for a game such as Chess, Yu-Gi-Oh! or other such card game? It would need to use the ELO ratings system with the following "K Values":

# of Players "K" Value
4-5 8K
6-15 16K
16-31 24K
32-63 32K
64-127 40K
128+ 48K

Hmm, i think that would be the most awesome plugin ever made for this site. the fact that it is so difficult to find a nice rating system that u can customize for clan matches for Team Fortress or Counter strike.
