I need to add some RSS blocks to a GL site but all I can seem to find to do it is this

What are you using to accomplish this? Is there a solution that doesn't make me manually add the feed URLs into the code?

Have you tried the RSS blocks under "Blocks" in the admin menu?

I thought I saw that once. I run about 6 GL sites and most of them are upgraded to 1.4.1. But, when I looked in my Blocks admin page I only see RSS in one of them... is that something I need to turn on some where? This seems kinda odd that I only see it in some of my 1.4.1 sites.

What do I need to look for?

I'm going to feel really stupid if this is something easy that I'm missing.

There's really nothing to it. You just set the type to RSS feed (or whatever it's called) type in the URL and tell it how often to update. There's nothing in there that can turn off feeds that I'm aware of. All block admins can create them.

Yep, but the site I am trying to add this to does offer that as a block option. That is, the bloack called RSS is not available in my blocks admin panel. Looks like everything else is there.

Never mind. That dumb feeling just came over me. Turns out I just had to Create a new block.
