Geeklog Forums

I'm totally new to Geeklog and am trying to set it up on my site to enable the users to upload attachments (pdf's, doc's, dxf's, dwg's, etc.) associated with their messages. Much like attaching a file to an email, I'd like the feature to be offered in the story editor. How do I go about setting this up? I've read several post but all are very complicated and confusing to a novice like me. Like the options offered to upload images, I'd like to have similar buttons to browse the users hard drive for a document file to be uploaded. (Please, not computer speak. I need it in plain English.)

Best would be to use the Gallery for uploading things other than jpg or gif.
