curl!

Hi,
A user has tried to submit a story to our website www.worldfootynews.com, and they've sent me an email saying they get an error each time they try. So I tried doing the story from my account instead, and I got the same error:
Not Acceptable
An appropriate representation of the requested resource /admin/story.php could not be found on this server.
Slowly but surely I deleted bits of the story until I found the offending part. It's the word "curl". Doesn't matter if I try to save as plain text or html, same error.
That's a major problem for us, because the story is an interview with a coach called Todd Curley! You see my problem.
I have absolutely no idea how to fix this.
Words of wisdom anyone?
Cheers,
Brett

Just guessing, but "curl" is a command-line tool to download files or entire websites, pretty much like "wget". So something on your site does not seem to like that.
It could be Bad Behavior, if you have that installed, although I doubt it would take offense in the word showing up in the middle of a story.
A more plausible guess would be that your webserver is using mod_security. A quick Google search for "mod_security" and "curl" seems to confirm this ...
HTH
bye, Dirk

Thanks for the quick reply. I've put in a request to the webhost. Sounds like I might be stuck though. If they forbid the word then it will be tough. Maybe there's a work around to produce the word without using the actual characters, like using the ASCII or something?
Guess I'll wait and see what the webhost people say.
