Logged in with the admin account and setup another root user. That user worked for a while. Now every time I attempt to log in with that account I get:

Denied! Incorrect Login Information

I've gone in with the admin account and changed the password and still can't login. Tried creating another user, can't login with that user either.

Haven't made any changes since the last login. What could be causing this?

It might be a cookie issue thats not letting go. Try deleting the cache first, and if that don't work...delete the cookie and see it that helps
