Exists some manual to be able to install Geeklog in a servant with Operating system Windows?
Some guide to be able to do this?

Installing Geeklog on a Windows server is pretty much the same as on a Unix/Linux system. The only difference I can think of is that you have to use the Windows equivalent of the "chmod" command (the name of which escapes me at the moment).
And, as noted in the comments in config.php, don't use backslashes in paths - use forward slashes, they will work just fine on Windows as well.
