Just wondering if there is a way to change the time between rating different pictures (because some co-workers complained a bit) in Media Gallery. If you rate one picture, the software will not let you rate the next picture for 45 seconds. Can this be lowered to a shorter waiting time, say 15 or 20 seconds?
I looked through the documentation but couldn't find anything.

Sure, Media Gallery uses Geeklog's speed limit setting, so in your Geeklog config.php you should have something like this:
$_CONF['commentspeedlimit'] = 45; // minimum time between comment posts, in seconds
You can adjust that number to lower the time between ratings. Keep in mind, this also affects how quickly someone can enter comments on your site too.
Thanks!

They have to wait 45 seconds before entering the second comment. Once you enter one, just like rating, there is a 45 second waiting period before they can enter the next one. This is one of the spam prevention features in Geeklog.
Thanks!
