Are you talking about a theme editor or a content editor? GL ships with a WYSIWYG content editor: the FCKeditor. As for a theme editor, I do believe there is one but I haven't seen it. Problem is theming geeklog is not very straightforward if you really want to move stuff around.

I was referring to a Content editor. I have GL install but I don't have a content editor and have to do coding for everything. I saw the FCKeditor file mention. How do I activate it?

In config.php:
// +---------------------------------------------------------------------------+
// | Support for custom templates to support advanced Rich Text Editor |
// | Checked in comment.php, submit.php, admin/story.php and |
// | staticpages/index.php. If set true and advanced template exists |
// | Note: If enabled, the default postmode will be html |
// +---------------------------------------------------------------------------+
$_CONF['advanced_editor'] = true;
Note as indicated in comments above, you need a theme that supports the advanced editing templates.
