Removing the time stamp from the bottom of pages

I've search the archive but cannot locate any information that will provide instructions for removing the "last Update" time stamp from the bottom of each page.
The printer icon is fine but the "Last Updated Monday, December 24 2007 @ 06:48 AM EST; 27 Hits" section has to be removed.
Please advise.

Found it after two more hours of searching! Yippeeeeeee. I'm determined to not let GL kick my butt and I am going to learn how to work GL and PHP if it kills me. :banana:
Compared to where I was a month ago (no PHP and GL experience), I'm borderline genius and dangerous. My next conquest is MySql.
This may seem small to most but this is a huge hurdle for a newbie.
