Error in Static Page with PHP

When I try to run a php script in a static page, I keep getting this error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<' in /home/.venus/scobb77/pornarama.net/sec/plugins/staticpages/functions.inc(841) : eval()'d code on line 1

Any ideas on the problem?
