Blocks to show up according to language?

Is there a way to make the blocks to show up according to their language extension in the ID (i.e. myblock_en, or myblock_sp), with the multi-language function enabled?

I wrote a hack for this. Here's the forum post detailing it. Seems to have worked for a few folks. Good luck.
