admin URL Problem

I am using geeklog 1.4.1 , when i enter in admin panel the url display



"/geeklog-old/public_html/admin//story.php" .




In the url "double forward slash" display after "admin" in each link of admin panel. i don't know from where it comes. plese help me for this.

$_CONF['site_admin_url'] in config.php. It shouldn't end in a slash.
